No. You choose each list's scan schedule on every plan. Your plan is set by how many accounts you track, not how often you check them.
Yes. Move up or down at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect straight away.
Each plan comes with a monthly allowance of tokens, and you can see your usage any time in your account. We email you at 80% and again at 100%. A scan that's already running always finishes. If you run out, you can buy extra tokens for that month, turn on automatic top-ups so your scans never stop, upgrade your plan, or wait for your allowance to reset on your billing date.
Yes. Annual plans get two months free: $990 a year for Starter and $2,490 a year for Pro.
No. Starter and Pro are self-serve and you can cancel any time. Enterprise plans are set up with us so we can match them to your team.
Draft Prices and limits are working numbers for launch and haven't been finalized. The token allowances, top-up pricing, the scan-frequency answer and the AI report and alert limits depend on cost checks still in progress. The trial reminder email needs to be part of the Stripe build (spec 24).
